Small Town Friendly with Big City "Like" Facility:

ThedaCare Physicians Black Creek is a 2,600 sq-ft facility with a fully integrated EMR and digital PACS system to view radiologic films. The facility has 4 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, as well as a central nursing station and dedicated physician office.

Practice Opportunities:

The current physician, who is relocating within the organization, performs minor office procedures and sees newborns at the local hospital. Leadership and volunteer opportunities are available within ThedaCare and the local community, including but not limited to: disease management, volunteering as the attending at local family medicine residency program, precepting medical and nurse practitioner students, medical directorship with local schools, and providing local nursing home coverage .
