About the Practice and their Mission

The Cancer & Hematology Centers (CHC) 

CHC is an independent, physician-owned oncology practice that has served the West Michigan community and surrounding areas for over 40 years. The practice is dedicated to help, healing, and hope for cancer patients and their families. Based on a sub-specialized approach, patients treated at CHC sites have access to not only state-of-the-art treatments but to phase I, II, and III research trials--all delivered in a compassionate and caring environment. Sub-specialized practices at four main sites are supported by robust inpatient services at two hospitals, a benign hematology program with inpatient consult service, inpatient oncology consult service, malignant hematology service, same-day clinic, survivorship program, behavioral psychology, medical social work, outpatient specialty pharmacy services, and centralized laboratory structure.

OneOncology is a national partnership of leading independent community oncology practices working together to improve the lives of everyone living with cancer with a physician-led, data-driven, technology-powered, and patient-centric model. Through OneOncology, partner practices share technology platforms that foster communication, data sharing, and clinical excellence across the network. OneOncology’s non-exclusive clinical trial site management subsidiary, OneR, delivers complex, multi-center clinical trials to affiliated practices.
