St. Vincent Primary Care Center

Welcome to the Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center! The Primary Care Center is open to all patients for outpatient visits. We see all ages from newborn to elderly patients. Our mission is to help all patients regardless of their ability to pay. We follow the St. Vincent Hospital mission statement:

Rooted in the loving ministry of Jesus as healer, we commit ourselves to serving all persons with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable. Our Catholic health ministry is dedicated to spiritually centered, holistic care, which sustains and improves the health of individuals and communities. We are advocates for a compassionate and just society through our actions and our words.

In addition to offering all types of physician services we also have radiology, pharmacy, and nutrition and laboratory services available in the Primary Care Center. We can serve all of these needs – and more. The best part is that we provide excellent St Vincent care right here in Indianapolis, and have done so for more than a decade. Should you require a referral to a specialist, we can make those arrangements. We have basic laboratory facilities on-site for blood work and x-rays. Additionally, we offer parenting classes and group prenatal care classes. There is a full-service pharmacy available for patients that qualify for reduced rate pharmacy services. Full-time medical interpretation is available.

We accept a variety of insurance plans as well as utilizing a sliding scale payment method for our patients.
