Established in 1957, Southeast Health is one of Alabama's largest not-for-profit tertiary referral centers.  We serve over 600,000 in a 75-mile radius with over 3000 dedicated employees and 400+ active Medical Staff.

Southeast Health offers:

• 1 of only 3 comprehensive stroke centers in Alabama with a dedicated lab for Neuroendovascular procedures
• Level 2 trauma center with EM residency trained physicians
• Region's Only Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit 
• Private Practice Anesthesia group and employed group of CRNAs provide 24/7 in-house coverage
• 22 OR suites with 2 Endovascular suites and open heart suites
• 420 licensed bed facility

• Comprehensive cancer network with clinics in Dothan, Enterprise, AL and Marianna, FL + affiliate with UAB's Cancer Center
• The Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM) is Alabama’s first Osteopathic medical school and the first in the U.S. to be developed by a regional medical center
• ACGME Internal Medicine and Transitional Year residency programs
• Area's only hospital with a Pediatric unit caring for children needing hospitalization
