San Marcos Treatment Centeris a highly-specialized intensive residential treatment center. Programs provide 24-hour care to a broad spectrum of girls and boys, ages 8-18 with IQs of 50 and above. With an abundance of trees and wildlife, this idyllic setting provides a healthy environment for children and adolescents. The facility has 212 beds, divided into 13 living units across the campus.

San Marcos Treatment Center is located on 65 acres in the Texas Hill Country, 25 miles south of Austin and 50 miles north of San Antonio. The community offers many amenities for residents and is easily commutable and accessible to the city of Austin.
