About Us

Pain Management Centers of America (PMCA) is a rapidly expanding national company resulting from the merger of Pain Management Centers of Paducah, KY and Marion, IL and Advanced Pain Care Clinics of Evansville, IN, directed by Laxmaiah Manchikanti, MD and Mahendra Sanapati, MD. PMCA currently has medical facilities in Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, and Indiana.

• PMCA facilities are equipped with the most state-of-the-art technology.
• PMCA employs over 200 trained personnel including 2 Medical Directors and 16 Interventional Pain Physicians.
• PMCA currently has 12 pain centers and 4 ambulatory surgery centers.
• PMCA staff consists of interventional pain physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, registered nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.

Physicians at PMCA are specialists in interventional pain management with extensive training and experience. They welcome all patients for evaluation and/or treatment of chronic pain.
