Mainline OB/GYN is a comprehensive obstetrics and gynecological practice. For more than 75 years, Mainline OB/GYN has continued to provide professional and compassionate healthcare to meet the needs of women of all ages. Our highly skilled and experienced doctors are leaders in obstetrical care, as well as advanced gynecological procedures and minimally invasive surgeries.

Exton, PA:

Situated in Chester County, Exton enjoys proximity to major cities like Philadelphia and Wilmington, Delaware, making it an attractive place for commuters. Its location also provides easy access to recreational opportunities in nearby parks and natural areas. Exton is surrounded by beautiful countryside and offers plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities, including hiking, biking, golfing, and more. Nearby parks and nature preserves provide residents with opportunities to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Chester County is rich in history, boasting numerous historic sites, charming towns, and quaint villages. Places like West Chester, Kennett Square, and Chadds Ford offer well-preserved architecture, museums, and landmarks that showcase the county's heritage.

Axia physicians have the exciting opportunity to move into senior physician (partner) role as they grow. At most locations, physicians become eligible for this after three years with Axia, and up to five years at select care centers. This level offers additional, tangible benefits, as outlined below.

• Equal decision making for clinical, scheduling, and strategic decisions at your care center
• Compensation upside: share in the senior physician compensation pool, which increases with incremental revenue and decreased cost
• Equity investment opportunity: eligible to purchase shares in Axia MSO
• Enhanced contract term and severance: severance for months remaining in the then-current term if terminated without cause

Our primary cesarean section rate is significantly lower than averages in the states we serve. Nearly three quarters of our hysterectomies performed are minimally invasive, offering quicker recovery and lower cost to patients.
