Covenant Medical Group, Inc. (CMG) is a physician management services organization wholly-owned by Covenant Health (see below).  CMG provides turnkey business and operational support to its employed physicians and APPs.  Incorporated in 1986, CMG employs over 280 healthcare professionals who practice in a variety of medical and surgical specialties throughout East Tennessee.  CMG-affiliated practices are located in the following East Tennessee counties: Anderson, Blount, Claiborne, Cumberland, Hamblen, Knox, Loudon, Roane and Sevier Counties. CMG-affiliated providers strive to provide prompt, high quality, customer-friendly care to patients in a cost effective practice environment.  Physician retention with CMG is high.  Many physicians spend their entire careers practicing with CMG.
