CommunityCare Hazleton is seeking a board certified/board eligible family medicine, internal medicine/pediatric or internal medicine trained physician for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Hazleton, PA.

 

The CommunityCare Hazleton clinic qualifies for the *NHSC Loan Repayment Program which is the National Health Service Corps http://https://nhsc.hrsa.gov/loan-repayment/nhsc-loan-repayment-program for up to $50,000 with a two-year initial term.
