Blackburn Center

Central City Concern’s Blackburn Center is a six-story building that includes a health care facility and pharmacy, along with 175 units of respite care transitional housing, palliative care housing, transitional low-income single room occupancy and permanent housing. The two-story, 40,000-square-foot health clinic provides comprehensive case management and integrated housing and clinical services, with a focus on addiction recovery, mental health and primary care. The clinic, which opened in 2019, serves approximately 3,000 patients annually.
