Alice Hyde Medical Center provides 24-hour emergency care and a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services to more than 55,000 North Country residents.
Alice Hyde is part of
a six-hospital network (www.UVMHealth.org) serving northern NY and
VT. It is comprised of a 75-bed acute care facility, four family health
centers, a walk-in clinic, cancer center, orthopedic and physical
rehabilitation center, cardiac rehabilitation unit, and a dental center. Our hospital works closely
with the certified Level III trauma center located 1 hour away, at UVM Health
Network – CVPH, in Plattsburgh, NY, and with UVM Medical Center, a Level I
trauma center located 2 hours away.
