Advocate Medical Group located on the campus of Imani Village is now open, offering expanded access to high quality health care on Chicago's south side. The newly constructed facility is 11,000 square feet with 12 exam rooms and space for future expansion to meet the community's evolving health care needs. Physicians specialize in family medicine for patients of all ages, preventative care, chronic care management, as well as obstetrics and gynecology. On-site laboratory services and same-day appointments are available.
