Cardiothoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider LEAD

HonorHealth Heart Care – Heart and Lung Surgery is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in leadership and cardiothoracic surgery.  This position will serve as a leader of daily operations, personnel supervision, physician relationships, driving quality initiatives and supply cost control.  The CTS APP Lead will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the daily operational responsibilities of Advance Practice Providers throughout the group.

Position Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Leadership or management experience
• First Assist preferred, but not required
