Practice Highlights:

• General outpatient neurology practice
• Full time position; flexible scheduling
• Team includes 1 physician, 1 nurse practitioner, and an adult neuropsychologist, all supported by dedicated staff
• Minimal call, telephone-only

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for the treatment of neurological care related health problems
• Practice evidence-based medicine
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with members and their legal representatives, facility staff, PCPs, and other collaborating physicians/providers
• Practices in accordance with the respective state laws and regulations governing the practice of advanced practice nursing

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certification by AANC, AANP, or NCCPA
• Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year degree.
• Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon, or able to obtain
• Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acute care and/or neurology experience desired
• 2-3 years outpatient experience preferred
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
