We are seeking an advanced practice provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at Community Health Network (Howard), 3506 S Lafountain St, Kokomo, IN 46902.

Highlights 

Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiology team in Kokomo, Indiana. We are seeking a highly motivated advanced practice provider in cardiology; new graduates with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU or ICU settings will also be considered.  

·      General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding
