Subspecialty Support: Cardiology on Wednesdays in the OP clinic

Procedures: intubations, Central Lines, Paracentesis and Thoracentesis
Mostly sending patients out via helicopter
No RT currently

A provider sleep room with private bathroom and shower, located in an empty unit of the facility. There is a full/queen size bed, provider lockers, close entry from outside and designated parking. A phone is in the sleep room.

There are two different spaces for the providers. There is a charting room in the ER, away from the nurse’s station, that also has a bed and refrigerator for a private resting space if unable to leave the ER. Another space is a charting office near the provider sleep room described above.
