Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant /Family Nurse Practitioner Opening in Sherman, TX

IES is seeking highly experienced, Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants or Family Nurse Practitioners to join the team at Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital at Sherman. 

Must be comfortable practicing autonomously in a single-room unit within the Surgical Hospital.

This role will involve providing care to any walk-in patients and handling emergencies in the hospital, Rapid Response Team & codes.

Criteria: Board Certified Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive EM or Critical Care background. Must be able to perform critical airway management procedures such as intubations. 

• 12 or 24-hour shifts
• Cerner EMR
• 1-bed Unit
• Flexible scheduling
• Seeing 3-4 patients in a 24/hr period
• Offering guaranteed hourly rate plus paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance
• Benefits offered for full-time at 120 hours per month
• W2 status
