Texas Health Physicians Group pleased to announce an opening for highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant OR RNFA Nurse Practitioner to join our neurosurgery practice with a focus on skull base & spine in Fort Worth, TX.  This a great opportunity to join a team of highly trained surgeons committed to one purpose: providing patients with the most comprehensive, quality, and compassionate surgical care during all phases of their surgical experience. 

Position Details:

  • Full time, in clinic average 2 days/week, surgery 3 days/week
  • Assist the neuro and spine surgeons in the OR
  • Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
  • Manage patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families
  • Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMR
  • Call responsibilities average of 4 days a month
  • Comprehensive benefit package with health, life, dental, vision and 401K

Requirements:

  • Texas licensed, Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner program
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in neuro and spine surgery preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
