• Part- time employed opportunity - 3 days per week at our Family Medicine Clinic in Silvis, IL
• Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8am-5pm (can be flexible for the right candidate)
• Team based care/ shared panel
• Traditional family practice of birth through geriatrics - minor procedures required 
• Seeing 12-18 pts per shift
• No call required!

Where you’ll work
The Genesis Silvis Family Practice Clinic is located in the Silvis Larson Center, on the Genesis Silvis Campus. The family practice team is seeking for an APP to join the team of 3 physicians, 3 nurse practitioners and experienced clinical and non-clinical staff. The Genesis Silvis Campus offers on-campus radiology, lab and pharmacy services to assist with the care of your patients.
