The Opportunity:

SSM Health East Madison Clinic is actively recruiting a full-time Advanced Practitioner to join the Family Medicine department at our east side Madison, WI location.  The Family Medicine department currently consists of 12 physicians & 9 advanced practitioners. 

Highlights:

• Day time clinical hours- hours will range from Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
