The Opportunity:

SSM Health East Madison Clinic is actively recruiting a full-time Advanced Practitioner to join the Family Medicine department at our east side Madison, WI location.  The Family Medicine department currently consists of 10 physicians & 7 advanced practitioners. New and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
