Full-time BC-PMHNP needed for IOP/OP Programs in Leesville, LA

Brentwood Hospital is currently recruiting an experienced BC PMHNP for their NEW off-site IOP/PHP Clinic that will open in fall 2024 located in Leesville, LA.

Outpatient services are a vital part of Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare€™s mission to provide integrated therapeutic services in a warm and nurturing environment, from our engaged nurses to our caring therapists. In outpatient, we offer a Partial Hospitalization Program and an Intensive Outpatient Programs. These services are for anyone who needs support in transitioning from inpatient psychiatric care, or require more intensive services than those offered in traditional outpatient therapy.

The Intensive Outpatient Program is offered to adults ages 18 & up that are in recovery from addiction, and/or co-occurring mental health issues. The program can prevent inpatient hospitalization or serve as a step-down program from the Partial Hospitalization Program. Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Master€™s level Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in Psychiatry

***Must be Board Certified PMHNP with a minimum of 2 years of Behavioral NP experience and comfortable to see adult populations
€ Active Louisiana license/DEA or ability to obtain

Leesville, LA is located approximately 40 minutes from Alexandria and about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Shreveport, LA. Leesville is a city in, and the parish seat of, Vernon Parish, LA. It is part of the Fort Johnson South micropolitan area and is additionally served by the Leesville Airport. The city is home to Fort Johnson (formerly known as Fort Polk) U.S. Army installation.
