Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Neurosurgery team in Fort Wayne, Indiana! First Assist/Operating Room experience preferred, Neurology/Neurosurgery experience required.  

Position Details:

  • Full-time, Day Shift 
    • Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts 
    • 1:4 rotating call - shared with collaborating physician 
    • No weekends or holidays 
  • Practice with experienced providers, including Advanced Practice Providers, Neurologists and Neurosurgeons
  • Mix of inpatient, outpatient and OR time 
    • Opportunity to first assist in neurological surgeries 

Qualifications:

  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible 
  • Must be licensed or license eligible in Indiana 
  • ACNP, FNP or PA certification required
  • Ideal candidates have strong critical thinking and communication skills
