- You would work at Holy Rosary Hospital, a Level 4 Trauma Center, in Miles City, MT.
- Mix of day/night 12-hour shifts in the ED practicing as the sole provider.
- Resource connections with St. Vincent Regional Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, and other Intermountain Health hospitals.
- General surgeon with full surgical team on call 24/7.
- Close relationships with Hospitalist and ICU teams.

What you’ll bring:
- An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board.
- Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
- Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience as a provider in Emergency Medicine preferred but open to new grad Emergency Nurse Practitioners.
- Passion for rural Emergency Medicine.
