- Monday-Friday
- EMR: EPIC

What you will need:
- Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, PM&R, or primary care preferred.
- NPs: State of Illinois RN license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license (family NP)
- PAs: Current NCCPA certification, current State of Illinois PA license
- Current CPR certification
