Endeavor Health is seeking an PA or NP in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, in Woodridge, IL. Position Highlights:
- Opportunity to join an established family medicine practice in Woodridge, IL.
- Great location - adding due to growth
- Outpatient only
- Rotating call schedule
- Part time (0.75 FTE)
- One Saturday AM per month
- EMR: EPIC

What you will need:
- Experience in Family Medicine Required (3 or more years)
- NPs: State of Illinois RN license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license
- PAs: Current NCCPA certification, current State of Illinois PA license
- Current CPR certification
