Advanced Practice Provider Opportunities with Flexible Schedules

ChristianaCare-GoHealth Urgent Care is expanding, and we are seeking dedicated full and part-time Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our team in Delaware. Our innovative practice model offers a variety of schedules and locations to fit your lifestyle, with comprehensive support and resources from ChristianaCare.

Position Options:

1. Swingturnist / Extended Hours Option in Middletown, DE:

   • Work evening hours from 8 p.m. toMidnightt at select locations.
   • Full-time Swingturnist receives an additional $15K annually (prorated for FTE).
   • Additional shifts are available at premium rates.

   FTE Options:

   • 0.525 FTE: 20 clinical hours + 1 admin hour/week (4 x 16-hr shifts + 2 x 8-hr weekends or 5 x 16-hr shifts per 4-week block)
   • 0.625 FTE: 24 clinical hours + 1 admin hour/week (4 x 16-hr shifts + 4 x 8-hr weekends or 6 x 16-hr shifts per 4-week block)
   • 0.84 FTE: 32 clinical hours + 1.5 admin hours/week (8 x 16-hr shifts per 4-week block)
   • 0.95 FTE: 36 clinical hours + 2 admin hours/week (9 x 16-hr shifts or 12 x 12-hr shifts per 4-week block)
   • 1.0 FTE: 38 clinical hours + 2 admin hours/week (10 x 16-hr shifts or 8 x 16-hr shifts + 4 x 8-hr weekends per 4-week block)

2. Weekend Provider Option in Middletown, DE:

   • Work exclusively on weekends.
   • 24 clinical hours on Saturday and Sunday (2 x 12-hr shifts or 1 x 8-hr shift + 1 x 16-hr shift).
   • Extended Weekend Option: Add clinical hours on Monday for 32-36 hours/week.

3. Flexible Schedule Options in Newark, DE:

   • Full-Time, Full-Time Flex (.95 FTE, 3 days/week), or Part-Time options (.78, .63, or .5 FTE).
   • Benefits available for .6 FTE and above.
   • Per Diem options are also available.
   • 'Weekends only' option available.
   • Several centers are soon to have extended hours: Noon to Midnight and/or 8 a.m. to Midnight (premium rates apply).

Hiring Locations:

• Delaware: North Wilmington/Greenville, Newark, Middletown, Dover
• Maryland: North East, Elkton
• Centers are open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with extended hours coming soon.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Board-certified NP or PA, eligible for DE and/or MD licensure.
• At least one year of recent full-time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays, and seeing patients of all ages.
