Weekender Family Practice APP

Position Highlights:

• Unique opportunity for an experienced family practice NP or PA to provide weekend primary care in Elmhurst, IL.
• Position: Advanced Practice Provider (FNP or PA)
• Location: Elmhurst, IL
• Part time
• Hours: Saturday-Sunday
• Required Travel: none

What you will need:

• Five years or more of experience in family medicine required
• FNPs: State of Illinois Registered Nurse license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license or pending
• PAs: current NCCPA certification, current State of Illinois PA license
• Current CPR certification issued by either the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
