Job Description

Join Our Team: Do Meaningful Work and Improve People’s Lives

Our purpose, to improve customers’ lives by making healthcare work better, is far from ordinary. And so are our teammates! Working at Kinwell means you have the opportunity to drive real change by transforming healthcare.

To better serve our customers, we’re creating a culture that promotes employee growth, collaborative innovation, and inspired leadership.

Are you looking for an opportunity to set a new standard for Primary Care, one based on the quality of care, not the quantity of patient visits? Kinwell is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinic in Mill Creek, Washington. We bring agility to work every day and thrive in the opportunity to create something refreshing and new. This is where you come in.

Kinwell is changing the conversation about healthcare to include wellness and prevention. We are also dedicated to building great places to work, where all teammates are valued and respected. We celebrate diversity of thought, ideas, and cultures--all focused on the common goal of nurturing the health of those we serve.

We’re a startup, determined to change the healthcare experience with more time, less complexity, more comfort, and perhaps most important--a better relationship between patients and their healthcare team. We are leveraging our investment from Washington’s largest not-for-profit health plan, Premera Blue Cross, to create a primary care offering that is holistic, seamless, and care centric.

  • Proficient in use of the EMR, with Epic experience strongly preferred.

  • Two or more years of experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills.

  • An interest in community outreach efforts (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates).

  • A special interest, fellowship, or degree in an associated field of primary care.

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (Preferred).
