About this role: 

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Urology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience in an outpatient setting.?

• You will work (2) 10-hour days and practice (1) day per week at our Southridge Clinic in Riverton, UT and (1) day per week at our Alta View Clinic in Sandy, UT

• You will have 16 patient facing hours per week treating patients with urologic conditions including recurrent UTI, pelvic pain, incontinence, and sexual dysfunction.
  • This position includes up to?$3,750?in relocation assistance based upon relocation distance

What you’ll bring: 

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program 

• Active, unobstructed Utah license, or the ability to obtain one 

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process 
• BLS and active DEA license, required
