Location: Central, WI

OPPORTUNITY:  

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Mix of primary care and occupational health
• Single provider practice with support staff and collaborative system-wide business health team
• Services include basic primary care, work injury management and treatment, physicals, vaccine clinics, and health/wellness education
