Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Primary Care - Full Time - Wentzville, MO

SSM Health is actively recruiting for a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Wentzville, MO. 

Job Duties

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the state of Missouri.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
