Responsibilities:

• Address urgent matters promptly; no refills are provided after hours, but urgent issues will prompt provider paging.
• Utilize onsite lab services and MyChart for virtual visits to enhance patient care.
• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a rural environment.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Experience in primary care is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
