SSM Health is actively recruiting for an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant at our St. Charles location. This position is responsible for providing out-patient primary care.  

Job Details:

• Perform thorough patient assessments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records 
• Call coverage 1:8 with minimal volume
• Average 17-20 patients per day

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri
• Will consider new graduates
