Practice Details:

• Modern facilities with 20 rooms, state-of-the-art equipment including CT machines and intraoral scanners.
• Treat a wide range of patients, from children to adults, with services such as periodontal care, preventive care, extractions, and sedation dentistry.
• Join a team of 1 owner dentist, 1 associate dentist, 2 hygienists, a pediatric dentist (3 days per week), and an orthodontist (1 day per week).
• 300 new patients per month, with the opportunity to provide both routine and advanced dental care.

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 8 am - 4 pm; Friday: 8 am - 3 pm.
• No patients are scheduled after 4 pm or 3 pm, ensuring providers finish on time.
• Typical caseload is 7-10 patients per day, with flexibility to double book or stagger appointments.
• Providers can take ownership of patient care, with patients assigned to them long-term.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Louisiana Dental License.
• Comfortable with a variety of dental procedures, especially extractions and endodontics.
• Looking for a personable provider who is committed to delivering excellent, compassionate care.
• Open to new graduates or experienced professionals, with a desire to continue growing their skillset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Independent contractor position with a guaranteed daily minimum of $500-$600 or 30% adjusted production (flexible based on experience).

• Lab fees are fully covered, and providers can offer no-charge dental services to their family.
• CME internal courses are offered, with 15 hours per year.
