APP for High-Risk Breast & Survivorship Clinic - 36 hours/week

Sentara is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our High-Risk Breast Survivorship Clinic in Charlottesville, VA. This program is a pivotal piece in the journey of our patients who have survived breast cancer but still require monitoring to ensure early detection of any status changes.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient only, Office-Based
• 0.9 FTE (36 hours)
• M-F; 8-4:30p (flexible)
• No weekends or call
• Clinical Counseling and monitoring of High-Risk Breast Cancer survivors
