Psychologist - Child & Adolescent

Community Health Network seeks a Psychologist to join our compassionate, highly skilled team at Lutherwood Residential Services. This role offers the opportunity to provide diagnostic and evaluation services for children in a residential setting within a new unit created for this specific purpose. Ideal candidates will:

• Administer the full array of psychological testing to determine ideal level of care

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team 
• Have experience/understanding of residential and child welfare, as well as trauma-informed care
• Possess excellent clinical skills, including experience working with children who have experienced trauma
• Employ Community’s “Patients First” philosophy with both patients and families

• As needed, provide individual, family and group therapy, as well as assist with crisis intervention 

• Complete all required documentation related to therapeutic interventions

• Participate in individual and group supervision, clinical staffings, Child and Family Team Meetings, etc.

• Support clinical team to increase service delivery, ensuring use of evidenced based treatment modalities and fidelity to the model

• Collaborate with external referral sources to include Department of Child Services, Probation and other community providers 

About Lutherwood Residential Treatment Center:  
Lutherwood is a secure residential treatment facility for children and teens who may have experienced abuse and/or neglect and exhibit behavioral health issues. Lutherwood serves children and young adults ages 6 to 21 statewide, providing them with a safe and secure environment in which to seek treatment, ultimately providing the best opportunities for children and their families to resume their lives together.


Licensure & Certification
Doctorate degree from an accredited program, licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP).
