Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Work with a great team and support the care of newborns in tour new NICU.

This position will provide medical care for patients in the NICU in collaboration with or under the supervision of a neonatologist. Help teach our medical students, residents, and nursing staff neonatal resuscitation, performance of skilled procedures, and initial ventilator and other support management when a critically ill infant is admitted to the NICU. This role will also help develop the standard of nursing care / possible research activities as well as other duties assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications: 
  • A Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
  • A current RN license from the State of Missouri is required.
  • A current ARNP license from the State of Missouri is required.
  • Two years experience in neonatology is required.
  • National certification as NNP (national exam) is required. 
  • Demonstrated job-related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment is required.
