Neurology Outpatient APRN Opportunity w/ UofL Health Neurology Academic Department

UofL Health Physicians is seeking an APRN for outpatient Neurology services in our academic group.

Responsibilities include providing direct patient care in a clinic setting. Qualified candidate will work to provide the highest standards of quality, patient-focused care and will run an independent clinic.

Job Duties:

• Assess patients presenting with neurological conditions by taking history and conducting thorough physical exam/neurological assessments
• Order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and create treatment plans based on current knowledge, research and practice

Position Requirements:

• Preference of two+ years as an APP or APP with Neurology experience
• KY APRN license

Schedule:

• Shift length: 8 am – 5 pm
• Patients will be seen at 40 minute intervals
• No weekends, holidays or call
