• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39--$73.68.
  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Advanced Practice Nurse is responsible for: providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF. Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided to the Practice and its patients. Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by Provider or other support staff. Ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration with digital mission partners, subspecialists and other care entities to ensure a team-based model of care, enhance the patient experience, and close care gaps to drive positive patient outcomes. The Advanced Practice Nurse is responsible for providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to patients of the practice and the OSF entities aligned to the patient's preferences, goals and needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master’s degree in advanced practice nursing . Experience: Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients serve. Licensure/ Certification: IL Advanced Prac Nurse IL Reg Nurse Fed Controlled Sub Lic BLS/ACLS Certified Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: N/A Experience: Experience with EPIC electronic health record. 1-2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse Licensure/ Certification: N/A Other Skills/ Knowledge: N/A
