Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles.DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrows healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) serves as an advanced practice nurse, providing primary and specialty healthcare services to patients across the lifespan. Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, the NP delivers comprehensive care, promotes health education, and advocates for patient wellness.

MINIMUM
Master's in nursing Graduate of accredited program for nurse practitioners.
Three years clinical experience in area of specialty.
AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State.
Registered in AZ as nurse practitioner.
Hold and maintain national certification in NP area, under AZ regulations.
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification - Nat'l
Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification - Nat'l
Specialty certification when applicable; acceptable if obtained within the first 18 months.
