Job Summary:

• Board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist or Physician Assistant
• Independently seeing patients in outpatient/inpatient setting
• Management of advance heart failure patients
• 5 years cardiology experience  
• Provide care and workup of patients
• Valid and active TX license
• Joining two APP's 
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be confident in ability to make medical decisions
• Candidate should have excellent people skills as well as outstanding communication skills
• Must have the ability to teach patients and demonstrate competence in their field
• M-F, 8A – 5P
• No On-Call or Weekends
