SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to our internal medicine services' ongoing success and improvement.

Job Details:

• Screen patient for stability of condition and treat appropriate acute conditions or modify treatment plan as indicated.
• Evaluate/screen and facilitate referrals to the IM Clinic for Primary Care follow-up and care. 
• Assure the patient has a follow-up visit with PCP or subspecialist.
• Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff and students.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate de Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Missouri.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult or Family Medicine by a recognized certifying body (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in an internal medicine or primary care setting is preferred.
