- SCP also manages the Critical Care Program

- Providers respond to rapid responses with Intensivist backup

Qualifications:
- Physicians must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family
Medicine
- Medical Director Candidates must have:
- A minimum of one year of Medical Leadership experience
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Experience in quality improvement and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to continuous
improvement
- AGACNP certification required for NPs
- NPs and PAs must have at least 1 year of HM experience
- Lead NPPA candidates must have at least 1 year of leadership
experience
