Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner: School Based Clinic – St. Louis

• Part-time
• 3-day work week with hours currently set to be 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently within Carrie Knause Elementary
• Outpatient services to school-age children
• Including, but not limited to, preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute visits

Certifications and Licensures:

• AHA approved BLS Certification
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply

Required Education:

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Experience preferred, new graduates will be considered

Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health’s credentialing process.
