Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary medical care in collaboration with our hospital medical staff. This role offers a balanced work schedule, a competitive sign-on bonus, and access to a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary medical care to patients in collaboration with the hospital medical staff, adhering to state laws, hospital bylaws, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring they understand their treatment plans.
• Assist in the implementation of medical treatment plans as established by the supervising Physician.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned, including maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• Preferred: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Strong ability to project a professional image, with excellent organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Competency in making independent decisions when necessary.
• Proficiency with computer and software applications relevant to the role.
• Commitment to maintaining a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
