Responsibilities:
- Provide primary medical care to patients in collaboration with the hospital medical staff and in accordance with applicable state law, hospital medical staff bylaws, and regulatory governance.
- Coordinate patient care and provide necessary instructions.
- Assist with the implementation of medical treatment plans established with the Physician.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of employment.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Preferred: Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Ability to project a professional image and demonstrate strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Competency in making independent decisions as needed.
- Proficiency with computer and software applications used in the role.
- Commitment to maintaining a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
