HNI Healthcare is currently seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join the Clinical Team at Southwest General Health Center in Cleveland, Ohio due to growth!

This opportunity offers:

Our HM Program and Support:

• 5 FTE HM Physicians on daily
• 1 FTE HM Physician on night
• 2 APP HM NP on Days on daily
• 1 HNI Surgical House physician 24/7
• 1 HNI Medicine NP House Officer - Nights
• Unparalleled 24/7 Administrative Support - Dedicated HNI Program Director
• Open ICU, HNI Intensivists in-house or on-call / CC APP's at night - 24/7 Coverage
• Respond to codes/rapid response 
• EMR- Cerner 

A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare possesses the following:

• Passion for delivering high-quality, value-based versus volume-based care.
• Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.
• Desire to be a part of an organization that is committed to excellence.
• Board certified, Advance Practice Provider with inpatient experience
• Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority.
• Current, unrestricted Ohio State license to practice.
