Northwest Health Porter: EXPERIENCED NP or PA for Outpatient Wound Care Clinic

Northwest Health – Porter has an opportunity for a nurse practitioner or PA to join our busy outpatient wound care clinic in Valparaiso, IN. Ideal candidates would have at least 1 year of wound care experience and strong clinical background required - wound care certification preferred. Join us in providing care in our community!  

 
Details of the position include:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
•  Evaluate and manage acute and chronic wounds using current therapeutics
•  Collaborate with team of physicians specializing in wound care
•  Hyperbaric oxygen therapy utilized
•  High degree of autonomy provided
•  Strong communication and follow through needed with nursing staff, physicians and families
