Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Gastroenterology - OP/IP

Lutheran Medical Group is seeking an APP to join a large GI team in Fort Wayne! You will manage acute and chronic conditions in the clinic setting as well as assist with inpatient rounding responsibilities. Monday - Friday schedule with night triage call responsibilities in rotation. New or experienced APPs welcome!

Responsibilities and Requirements :

• Manage acute and chronic patients in the OP clinic Monday - Friday
•  Conduct inpatient rounds and consults in support of physicians
•  Collaborate with team of physicians and APPs
•  Night call rotation is phone triage only.
•  Participate in interdisciplinary care planning activities
